Charles Bourrier (Switzerland)
After a detour by engineering school and business school in order to understand a bit more about what is happening behind a product, I went to study product & industrial design at écal in Switzerland. After my graduation I’ve been looking forward to how to make objects with an environmental approach such as C2C with companies and how to communicate with them in order to be able to have them make the turn. I’m interested in a human centered design, working with craftsmen and showing their know-how trough objects.

Martina Muzi (Italy)
I was born in Rome in 1988. I studied Industrial Design at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” in the Faculty of Architecture “Ludovico Quaroni” from 2007 to 2011. My final project was oriented in the urban design area and tells about a riqualification of the Montesacro district in Rome, following the human behaviour and the interaction between human being and space.
Ines Bressand (France)
After an Applied Arts, a fashion and a design diploma with a textile specialization, I’m now following my design path in the Social Design Master of the Design Academy Eindhoven. Inspired by human being, its diversity, wealth and know-how, my work is a testimony of these identities and hand ingenuity. The items that I make often took their origins in a handcraft learning which I mixed and designed in my own approach. Different work experiences have supplemented my education (Tsé&Tsé Design studio in Paris, ethical companies that work in France, Niger and Nepal).
Wei-Lung Tseng (Taiwan)

Hi! Now I’m studying product design in Art Academy of Latvia, but my previous education is related to chemistry, pharmacology and sports. For me, the experimentation and adaptation of mutually unrelated disciplines, fields and materials are the most exciting part of the design. In Latvian crafts I’m mostly attracted by their simplicity, ascetism and modesty.
Now I’m studying in Product Design department in Art Academy of Latvia, but last year gradued Environmental Design department. For me Design is the way to think and learn about human nature, culture and world.
This is the second year of my MA in Enviromental Design at the Art Acedemy of Latvia. My interests include designing practical and enviromentally friendly products for children using low impact, non toxic materials such as paper pulp, cardboard and wood.
I am a student from Product Design department in Art Academy of Latvia with a background in architecture studies. Both architecture and design takes a big part in my heart and future plans. I also had an exchange program in Austria in studies of multimedia arts in the public space. For me design means not only its esthetic beauty but also emotions and the story behind it. I am interested in applying design value to crafts and the other way around.
